How Prohor works

A prohor (প্রহর) is one-eighth of a day. Pick yours in three steps:

  1. Pick your courses. Add up to six — lock slots, sections or faculty per course if you care.
  2. Set your preferences. Days on campus, exam-clash checks, times and days to avoid.
  3. Compare routines. Generate clash-free routines and find more as needed. Sort the routines found so far or download a PNG.

Open Seats for a panel that splits the screen — drag its edge to size it, tap it to fold to a strip, pin sections to keep their seat counts on top. It also stands alone as a page (?view=seats). Anything unexplained is one hover away. Shortcuts: / search · Ctrl/⌘ + Enter generate.

Reset Prohor?

This clears everything saved on this device — your picked courses, locked sections and faculty, preferences, pinned seats, saved results, the cached section feed and the theme — and puts Prohor back to its defaults.

The repository semester and faculty collection is not changed. Your local selections and preferences cannot be recovered by this reset. Reloading the page will not reset anything — this only happens when you ask for it here.
